This graphical timeline is easily generated with a one-touch button from the Search results.

Can Social Evidence pinpoint the location of Posts or Tweets?

Social Evidence captures metadata associated with an image upload or post. Note that Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram automatically strip out image metadata during the upload. If available and collected, Social Evidence provides that location information to the user.

Can Social Evidence mark social media data as relevant?

Social Evidence includes the ability to mark data as relevant, not relevant, and review later, as well as the ability to add custom-named tags. Once the data is marked, the user can easily filter the results by relevance. This is extremely valuable for eDiscovery teams working on different aspects of the same case.

As long as the Social Evidence user does not delete the entire investigative target’s social media collection(s), then the data will still reside within Social Evidence.
